During school, numerous courses I completed focused on statistical data. Statistics is now a common subject I tutor in. I have also taught basic math courses, as well as tougher subjects like Calculus and Trigonometry. I acquired my love for tutoring through school. I attended the University of Cincinnati, and I still reside in Ohio. I tutor students both in person and online. This can make it more convenient for students who do not have much time to meet up.When it comes to tutoring, I especially enjoy teaching Calculus. Many believe it is a difficult subject to learn, but just a few key concepts can help people reach a better understanding of the material. I use basic fundamentals of math in the beginning so students can continue with that concept to further their knowledge and skills. The environment in which students are learning also plays a major role in helping them understand. Being patient is key, as well as providing an easy-going atmosphere. Intimidation is never a method that works, since math is already intimidating in itself.My free time is spent primarily with my family. I also enjoy Zumba, as well as running. I follow the NFL for my football fix and the NCAA for basketball.
